Nobody appears on behalf of opposite party no.2. The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Complaint Case No.1795 of 2017 in which cognizance has been taken under Section 498 A of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

Considering the nature of the offence, plea of innocence made in the application and the submissions advanced at the Bar, the petitioner named above is directed to be
