This application for regular bail arises out of Kopa P.S. Case No. 86 of 2019, disclosing offence punishable under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is in custody since 12.06.2019. Allegedly, from his possession, stolen motorcycle was recovered.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted, referring to the seizure memo, that it does not show recovery of the stolen motorcycle from the petitioner's possession.

Be that as it may, since the petitioner is in custody since 12.06.2019, this application is allowed. Let the petitioner,

Patna High Court CR. MISC.
