2. The petitioners have filed the present writ petition for the following reliefs:- "(i) For quashing of the order dated 27-09-2024 passed in Ownership Verification

Patna High Court CWJC No.19575 of 2024(2) dt.09-01-2025 2/3 Appeal Case No. 135/2022 of the Respondent no. 3 where by and where under the said Appeal filed in view of the order dated 12.7.22 passed in B.L.T. Case No. 11/2022 by the Chairman, the Bihar Land Tribunal Patna.

(ii) For declaration of Ownership for the Land of Khata no. 38, Plot no. 713/ 675, Area 17 1⁄2 decimals of thana no. 194 situated at Mauza Narari Khurd Tola Beni Bigha, in the district of Aurangabad already recorded in the name of petitioners has been rejected.

(iii) Further the Respondents be directed to declare the petitioners as legal Successor / Owner of the aforesaid land in view of the resolution no. -925 (6) dated 11.11.2014 of the Government of Bihar and to give / pay the full Compensation amount to the petitioners with interest rate for the said land because the said land of the petitioners have already been acquired from the petitioners for the N.G.P.C. Project in the Year 2010-2011 as per the instruction of the Government of Bihar."

3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that this writ application may be disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to approach before the Bihar Land Tribunal, Patna for redressal of their grievances.

4. Learned counsel for the State and respondent nos. 8 and 9, have no objection to this prayer of the petitioners.

5. In view of the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners, this case is disposed of with liberty to the petitioners, as prayed for.
