2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 782/2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 498-A/364/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

3. Earlier, the prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected vide order dated 08.05.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 18770 of 2024. The petitioner is in jail since 03.11.2023.

4. In the trial, out of three witnesses, 2 witnesses have been examined.

5. Considering the period of custody, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.87092 of 2024(3) dt.18-04-2025 2/2 Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-12th , Motihari, East Champaran/concerned court in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 782 of 2023.

6. The bailors should be the relatives of the petitioner.

7. As a condition of this order, the petitioner after being released on bail is directed to co-operate in the trial either by appearing personally or through his lawyer in the trial on the date fixed by the trial Court.
