JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 05-04-2019 At the very outset, it has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that they have granted benefit of police bail and they have given an undertaking before the police under Section 41(A) of the Cr.P.C. and did not misuse the same.

Having heard both sides, in view of the facts and circumstances of the case, this application is disposed of with a direction to the petitioners to surrender before the court below and make prayer for regular bail, which will be considered on
