Petitioners are accused in connection with Saharsa Sadar P.S. Case No. 704 of 2019 registered under Sections 304(B) and 201/34 of the I.P.C.
Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that petitioners are relative of the husband of the deceased. They are living separately. Further submission is that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in this case. It is also submitted that petitioners have no criminal antecedent and are in custody since 12.08.2019.
Having considered the facts and circumstances of the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.83249 of 2019(2) dt.20-01-2020 2/2 case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M., Saharsa in connection with Saharsa Sadar P.S. Case No. 704 of 2019.
