This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Ahiyapur P. S. Case No.931of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 399, 402, 414 and 411 of I.P.C. and Section 20/22 of NDPS Act and Section 25(1-B)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

In view of the fact that the petitioner has long criminal history, as indicated in paragraph 3 of the application, I am not inclined to grant the petitioner privilege of regular bail at this stage. The Court, however, observes that let the trial of the case, arising out of Ahiyapur P. S. Case No.931of 2019, be expedited. This application is accordingly rejected.
