2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

3. As per prosecution case, 336.96 litres illicit foreign liquor was recovered from Diara area. Petitioner has also got four criminal antecedents out of which two are of similar nature.

4. Considering the nature of accusation, huge quantity of recovery and the fact that petitioner has got four criminal antecedents out of which two are of similar nature, the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner is rejected. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) shashank/- U T
