The petitioner is in custody in connection with Bodh Gaya P.S. Case No. 540 of 2018 for the offences under Sections 498A, 494 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3/4 Dowry Prohibition Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 15.09.2018. In Para-9 he is submitted that the petitioner is ready to keep his wife with full honor and dignity. Considering the aforesaid, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.5138 of 2019(2) dt.30-01-2019 2/2 Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya in connection with Bodh Gaya P.S. Case No. 540 of 2018. The Court below is directed to refer the matter of the petitioner to the district mediation center so that the dispute between husband and wife may be resolved.
