2. Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Raghuvansh Nagar P.S. Case No. 47 of 2024, registered for the offence punishable u/s 105 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, pending in the court of learned 1st Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea.

3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application.

4. Permission is granted.

5. Accordingly, this application is dismissed as withdrawn.

6. However, if the petitioner surrenders before the learned Court below within six weeks from today and seeks regular bail,
