2. The present writ petition has been filed for directing the respondent authority to cancel the selection of the Respondent No. 7 on the post of Anganbari Sevika, PanchayatBandhar, Ward No. 2, District Samastipur and select the petitioner in place of Respondent No. 7

4. Accordingly, the present writ petition is disposed off directing the petitioner to avail her remedy before the original forum under the relevant Margdarshika for appointment of Anganwari Sevika and Sahiyka within 30 days, if cause of action still survives.
