The petitioner seeks bail in Excise Case No. 737/2018, corresponding to Durgawati P.S. Case No. 290/2018, instituted for the offences under Sections 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

7 litres of country made liquor is alleged to have been recovered from the house of this petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that petitioner has clean antecedent. He is in custody since 19.08.2018. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.62170 of 2018 (2) dt.10-10-2018 2/2 bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge (Excise), Kaimur at Bhabhua in connection with Excise Case No. 737/2018, corresponding to Durgawati P.S. Case No. 290/2018, subject to the conditions that both the bailors shall be the close relative of the petitioner.
