The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Gadhpura PS case no. 68 of 2019 instituted for the offence punishable under Sections 356, 379, 392 of Indian Penal Code. The allegation is regarding unknown miscreants having stolen the mobile phone of the informant, apart from snatching some cash from the possession of the informant. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case and is having a clean antecedent. It is further submitted that neither any recovery of the stolen mobile has been made from the petitioner nor any T.I. parade has been held so as to connect the petitioner with the alleged crime.The
