2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence under Section 394 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, criminals looted the motorcyle and Rs. 3200/- from the petitioner.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 09.06.2023. During investigation, the name of the petitioner has surfaced as having participated in the loot.

5. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this application for regular bail is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned S.D.J.M., Rosera, Samastipur/concerned Court below in connection with Bibhutipur P.S. Case No. 160 of 2023 subject to the condition that:- 7(1). The petitioner will mark his attendance at the Bibhutipur Police Station, Samastipur on the every Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would result in cancellation of bail bond of the petitioner.
