2. Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to make necessary correction in the name of the father of the petitioner in the bail petition.
3. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Barhampur P.S. Case No. 454 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 363 and 366(A) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 8 of the POCSO Act.
4. The petitioner is accused of kidnapping the victim girl. It has come in the statement of the victim girl that she was in a relationship with one Vikesh Yadav and she has eloped with him. The petitioner is in jail since 16.10.2023.
5. Learned APP appearing for the State and learned
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.3202 of 2024(3) dt.09-04-2024 2/2 counsel for the informant opposed the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge VI-cum-Special Judge POCSO Act, Buxar/ concerned Court in connection with Brahampur P.S. Case No. 454 of 2023.
