2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Karpi P.S. Case No. 331 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Section 366(A) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 8 of the POCSO Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is accused of abducting a minor victim.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case.

5. From the statement made by the victim girl, it appears that she has eloped with the petitioner and get married to him. The petitioner is in jail since 12.09.2023.

6. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

7. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge VI-cum Special Judge POCSO Act, Jehanabad in connection with Karpi P.S. Case No. 331 of 2023.
