After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks time to file a representation before the respondent no.5 regarding the payment of dues of arrears of salary. 4.

Accordingly, this writ application is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to file a detailed representation along with a copy of this order and other documents in support of his claim, before the respondent no.5 within a period of four weeks

Patna High Court CWJC No.600 of 2020(5) dt.05-08-2024 2/2 and the respondent no.5 is well advised to consider the case of the petitioner and dispose of his representation after affording an opportunity of personal hearing or through his counsel and pass a reasoned and speaking order in accordance with law within ten weeks from the date of filing of such representation by the petitioner.
