2. 2nd supplementary show cause has been filed on behalf of the authorities and reply has been filed on behalf of the petitioners.

3. From the pleadings and materials on record, the Court finds that the order dated 07.08.2017 passed in CWJC No. 5068 of 2017, has been complied with.

4. Accordingly, the application stands disposed off.

5. However, it shall be open to the petitioners to move before the authority concerned with regard to any dispute on merits and the quantum of payment made to them which shall be considered on its own merit.
