Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that for redressal of his grievance, he has filed an application dated 11.11.2022 before the District Magistrate, Bhagalpur but the same is still pending.

In view of the above, the District Magistrate, Bhagalpur is directed to take a decision on the pending application dated 11.11.2022 filed by the petitioner within two months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

With the aforesaid observations and directions, this writ petition stands disposed of.
