In this case, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Town P.S. Case No.376 of 2018, registered for the offence punishable under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code.

In the broad day light, a dacoity has been committed and the name of the petitioner has transpired during investigation as he has provided his vehicle to the accused persons for fleeing away to Ranchi.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that in the present case Section 395 IPC is not made out against the petitioner. It is stated in paragraph 3 that the petitioner has got
