Prima facie the appellants have not made out a case so as to interfere learned Single Judge order on two counts namely, the schemes under which contract appointment is required to be proceeded is not existing in the eye of law and appointment is in the nature of contract appointment. The learned Single Judge has held that in view of the aforesaid factual aspects the appellants have not made out a case. Recently, Apex Court in the case of K. Raghupathi Vs. State of Uttar Pradesh and Ors. reported in (2022) 6 SCC 346 held that contractual appointee or candidates seeking appointment has no
