The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Tatarpur P.S. Case No. 56 of 2019, dated 09.03.2019, instituted for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 504 and 498(A) of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3 and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

During the pendency of this application, there has been a rapprochement between the spouses and presently they are living as man and wife under the same roof. An affidavit to that effect has been filed, which is on record. Considering the afore-noted statement made on behalf of the petitioner, he, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of eight weeks, is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail-bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-VII, Bhagalpur in connection with Tatarpur P.S. Case No. 56 of 2019, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
In case, it is found that such statement made on behalf of the petitioner is incorrect, it would be open for the opposite party No. 2 to file an application for cancellation of his bail before this Court.
