"(i) For issuance of writ/writs in the nature of habeas corpus commanding the respondent no. 1 and 2 to produce the respondent no. 7, legally wedded wife of the petitioner, before this Hon'ble Court who is kept in illegal confinement by her parent at the house of Respondent No. 5 and 6, against the consent or free will of the respondent no. 7.

(ii) For issuance of order/orders, direction/directions to permit respondent no. 7 to live according to her own free will as Respondent No. 7 is a major.

(iii) For issuance of such other direction/directions may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case."

It is not in dispute that the matrimonial relationship between Pradeep Kumar, petitioner herein, and private respondent no. 7, Swati Rani Jha, stands annulled by way of a judicial pronouncement.

Thus, in our considered view, the present petition has become infructuous and on account of intervening developments, no other and further orders are required to be
