2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 452, 379, 504, 506, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per prosecution case, petitioner no. 1 is alleged to have assaulted on the head of informant by means of Farsa, whereas petitioner no. 2 assaulted him (informant) by Farsa below his left eye. As per injury report, doctor has found simple injury. Both parties are pattidars and admittedly, there is land dispute between the parties.
4. Learned counsel for the informant vehemently opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of petitioners.

However, considering the nature of injury, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of eight weeks from today, let the above named petitioners be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Sitamarhi in connection with Parihar P.S. Case No. 126 of 2024, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
