Petitioner seeks bail in Sikandra P.S. Case No. 180/2017, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 304 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation is of committing murder of informant's daughter due to non-fulfillment of demand of dowry by her inlaws. It has been submitted that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. She is mother-in-law of the deceased and is living separately. She has no concern with the family affairs of the deceased and her son. Co-accused has been granted bail vide order dated 16.03.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 9787/2018.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.65085 of 2018 (3) dt.06-11-2018 2/2 Petitioner has no criminal antecedent. She is in custody since 30.06.2018.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner abovenamed, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jamui in connection with Sikandra P.S. Case No. 180/2017, subject to the conditions:

(1.) Bailors should be local having sufficient immovable property within the jurisdiction of the court concerned.

(2.) Petitioner shall co-operate in the trial and shall be properly represented on each and every date fixed by the court.

(3.) If the petitioner tampers with the evidence or the witnesses of the case, in that case, prosecution will be at liberty to move for cancellation of bail of the petitioner.
