The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Ara Nagar P.S. Case No. 415 of 2019 for the offences punishable under Section 307 and other allied Sections of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. The allegation is regarding the accused persons including the petitioner herein having assaulted the informant of this case and there is a specific allegation on the petitioner of having fired gun shot on the thigh of the informant, resulting in firearm injury.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent, he is having a clean antecedent and is languishing in custody since 23.09.2019. It is further submitted

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be enlarged on regular bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Ara Nagar P.S. Case No. 415 of 2019.
