2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Pipra P.S. Case No. 25 of 2025 registered for the offence under Sections 80, 3(5) of the BNS.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is alleged to have killed his wife for demand of dowry.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 10.07.2025.

5. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is innocent as his wife has tried to committed suicide. He further submits that the petitioner has taken his wife to the hospital where she died during the course of treatment.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Supaul/concerned Court below in connection with Pipra P.S. Case No. 25 of 2025. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Vikas/- U
