2. With the consent of all the parties, this writ application is being disposed of at the present stage itself.

3. The petitioner in the present writ application has prayed for the grant of following reliefs:- "That this is an application for issuance of an appropriate writ/writs, order/orders, direction/directions for commanding the respondents to pay arrear amount after granting

Patna High Court CWJC No.19390 of 2025(2) dt.02-12-2025 2/3 of 1 A.C.P w.e.f. 17.05.2002 in pay scale 6500200 10500 and 2nd AC.

P w.e.f. 17.05.2010 in pay scale of PB-3 Grade pay 7600 to the petitioner and other consequential allowances in different heads including retrial benefits amount with interest as given to the employees of State of Bihar and to grant any other relief or reliefs for which the petitioner is legally entitled."

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that for seeking the reliefs as claimed for in the present writ application, the petitioner has already filed a representation before the Director (Administration cum Additional Secretary), Education Department, Govt. of Bihar, Patna (Respondent No. 3) dated 09.06.2025 (Annexure-P/4) and the same continues to be pending. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would be satisfied if an appropriate direction could be issued to the Director (Administration cum Additional Secretary), Education Department, Govt. of Bihar, Patna (Respondent No. 3) to dispose of her representation on merit within a fixed time frame after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner.

5. To this prayer being made by the learned counsel

Patna High Court CWJC No.19390 of 2025(2) dt.02-12-2025 3/3 for the petitioner, the learned counsel for the Respondents do not have any objection.

Considering the limited nature of prayer being made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ application is disposed of directing the Director (Administration cum Additional Secretary), Education Department, Govt. of Bihar, Patna (Respondent No. 3) to dispose of the pending representation of the petitioner dated 09.06.2025 (Annexure-P/4) within a period of five months from the date of production of a copy of this order after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner. Needless to emphasize that the final order which shall be passed by the Director (Administration cum Additional Secretary), Education Department, Govt. of Bihar, Patna (Respondent No. 3) should be a reasoned and speaking order.
