2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State informs that the District Provident Fund Officer has issued the necessary authorization in respect of all the deductions made from all the place of posting of the petitioner and the entire amount will be credited into the account of the petitioner soon.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, upon instructions, submits that in view of the authorization having already been issued by the District Provident Fund Officer in respect of all deductions pertaining to the petitioner's various places of posting, as stated by the learned counsel for the State, the petitioner has no other grievance except that the consequential steps for credit of the authorized amount to the petitioner's account be completed expeditiously by the concerned authorities.
4. Considering the aforesaid statement on behalf of the State, the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the concerned authorities to forthwith credit the amount into the account of the petitioner.
5. Let a copy of this order be communicated to the Director, Mass Education, Bihar for taking necessary action. (Purnendu Singh, J) Niraj/- U
