JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 20-01-2020 Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Shivsagar (Baddi) P.S. Case No. 17 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 435, 385 and 586 of the Indian Penal Code, including under Sections 13, 17, 20 of U.P.A. Act.

Allegation against the accused persons, including the petitioner is of setting the hut on fire and petitioner is accused in 10 other cases.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that nothing specific has been attributed against him and he is in custody since 13.3.2019.

Heard learned APP also.

In view of allegation as well as criminal antecedents, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
