====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 02-12-2025 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Kishanganj P. S. Case No. 511 of 2025 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 103(1), 80(2), 61(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.

3. As per prosecution case, marriage of the sister of informant was solemnized with co-accused Md. Rohan about one and half year ago. Thereafter, it is alleged that the sister of informant was subjected to torture and cruelty by the F.I.R. named accused persons due to non-fulfillment of demand of dowry and subsequently, all the accused persons killed her.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.83624 of 2025(2) dt.02-12-2025 2/2 case merely because she is mother-in-law of the deceased. As a matter of fact, deceased herself committed suicide. Petitioner is separate in mess and property and she is simply a victim of over implication. Thrust of accusation is against husband of the deceased who is already in custody since 13.09.2025. Petitioner claims clean antecedent and she is in custody since 12.09.2025.

5. However, learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed the bail application.

6. Considering the nature of accusation, clean antecedent and period of custody, this bail application is allowed. The petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kishanganj in connection with Kishanganj P. S. Case No. 511 of 2025.
