Thereafter, the respondents are required to pass a formal order of issuance of appointment order and place of posting.

02. At this stage, learned counsel for the respondents

Patna High Court MJC No.3586 of 2023(6) dt.20-03-2024 2/2 pointed out that posting order is stated to have been notified. However, in the absence of order of appointment, issuance of place of posting order may not be appropriate. We hope the concerned respondents will issue order of appointment (if it is not already issued) within a period of one week from today.

03. Accordingly, the present petition stands dropped, reserving liberty to the petitioner to file interlocutory application for revival of this order, in the event of non-compliance of the order in its entirety.
