JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 08-01-2019 The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that during the pendency of the present writ petition, the petitioner has retired on 31.10.2018, hence the prayer of the petitioner for quashing the suspension order dated 20.06.2018 has become redundant, however the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the authorities be directed to pay the subsistence allowance and other legally payable dues within the stipulated time frame.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the present writ petition is disposed of as having become infructuous, however with a direction to the respondents-

Patna High Court CWJC No.20499 of 2018(2) dt.08-01-2019 2/2 authorities to pay the legally payable dues to the petitioner within a period of six weeks from today. It is needless to state that in case, the subsistence allowance has not been paid, the same shall also be paid to the petitioner within the same time frame.
