2. The present application has been filed seeking cancellation of the regular bail granted to Opposite Party no. 2 vide order dated 17.10.2025 passed in Rautara P.S. Case No. 120 of 2025 registered under Sections 137(2), 96, 64(1) of the B.N.S. and Sections 4 of the POCSO Act.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that court below has failed to consider the medical report of the victim. It is next submitted that the O.P.No. 2 and the witnesses belong to the same locality thereby giving rise to a reasonable apprehension that witnesses may be intimidated, influenced or

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case as well as the materials available on record and taking into account that the petitioner is not able to make out a case for cancellation of bail, this Court finds no ground to interfere with the impugned order passed by the court below.
