The petitioner is languishing in custody since 17.05.2019 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 457, 380 and 411 of the IPC.

The prosecution case is that the petitioner was caught inside the house of the informant and from his possession, cash amount of Rs. 490/- and three mobile phones, which belong to the informant, were recovered.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that in the background of some wages dispute, the petitioner has maliciously been framed in the present case.
