JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 03-10-2018 This application has been filed for modification of order dated 28.8.2018 passed in Cr.Misc.No. 49434 of 2018 stating that while granting anticipatory bail to the petitioners, father's name of petitioner Nos. 1 and 2 has inadvertently been mentioned as Amar Yadav in place of Amir Yadav.

In the said circumstances, the order dated 28.8.2018 stands modified to the extent that father's name of petitioner Nos. 1 and 2 should correctly be read as 'Amir Yadav' in place of 'Amar Yadav'. Further two weeks more time from the date of receipt of this order is allowed to surrender. This application is, accordingly, disposed of. Let this order be communicated to the court concerned forthwith.
