2. Petitioners apprehend arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 341, 448, 307, 379 and other ancillary sections of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, petitioner no.1 gave sword blow on the head of the informant, whereas petitioner no. 2 and 3 caught hold of informant's sister and tore her clothes. Injury caused by petitioner no.1 is grievous in nature. Petitioners claim clean antecedent.

4. Considering the nature of injury caused by petitioner no.1, prayer for bail of the petitioner no.1 is rejected.

5. Prayer for bail of petitioners no. 2 and 3 is allowed. In the event of arrest/surrender within six weeks from today, let these petitioners, mentioned above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with
