2. The petitioner has prayed for bail in connection with Alauli P.S. Case No. 155 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 341, 323, 307, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner has fired at the informant Sachin Kumar due to which he received firearm injury on his right shoulder.

4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. He has been falsely implicated in this case. There is land dispute between the parties and from perusal

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.88231 of 2024(4) dt.09-04-2025 2/2 of the injury report, it will transpire that the nature of injury is simple. There is no repetition of firing. It has further been submitted that petitioner is having criminal antecedent of three cases and in those cases, he is on bail. He is languishing in judicial custody since 17.06.2024.

5. The application for bail is opposed by learned APP for the State.

6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Khagaria in connection with Alauli P.S.
