2. This application, for grant of regular bail, arises out of Bakhtiyarpur Police Station Case No. 449 of 2023, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 323, 341, 504, 307, 379 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The petitioner is said to have assaulted the victim causing injury. The final opinion of doctor is yet to be submitted. The petitioner is in jail since 16.10.2023.

4. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed.

5. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned
