The petitioners seek bail in Amnaur P.S. Case No. 91/2018, instituted for the offence under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. Police has arrested the petitioner on mere suspicion and thereafter recorded his statement. Petitioners are in custody since 26.07.2018.

Considering the aforesaid fact and circumstances, prayer of the petitioners for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.64597 of 2018 (2) dt.29-10-2018 2/2 like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M. IInd, Saran, Chapra in connection with Amnaur P.S. Case No. 91/2018, subject to the conditions that both the bailors shall be the close relative of the petitioners.
