2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bikram P.S. Case No. 250 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 363/34 and 366A of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The petitioner is an accused of kidnapping the victim girl. From the statement of the victim girl it appears that she was in a relationship with the petitioner and she got married with the petitioner in a temple.

4. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing
