For issuance of a direction to the respondents No.1 to 3 not to make registration of the land, which is pertaining to the petitioners, situated at Thana No.41, Tauji No.

(ii). For issuance of a direction to the respondent authorities to consider the representation, filed by the petitioner on 24.09.2018, which is contained in Annexure-3 to this writ application."

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioners to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law, for redressal of their aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.
