The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Alamganj P.S. Case No. 691 of 2019 for the offence under sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of this petitioner. Petitioner has no concern either with the seized pickup van or with the illicit wine. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Petitioner is in custody since 21.09.2019.
