2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for offence under Sections 363, 365 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 8, 12 of the POCSO Act.

3. As per prosecution case, this petitioner kidnapped the minor daughter of informant and thereafter, forced her to have sexual act with strangers.

4. The victim, in her statement recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C., has disclosed her age as 14 years and specifically supported the prosecution case and alleged that this petitioner alongwith co-accused Khushbu Bibi, forced her for doing sexual act with strangers.

5. Considering the nature of offence and statement of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.716 of 2024(3) dt.21-03-2024 2/2 the victim recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C., the prayer for bail of petitioner is rejected.
