2. The present application has been preferred for the following relief(s):

to issue an appropriate writ/ writs/order/orders directing directions including the writ of Mandamus, Commanding and directing the authorities concern to determine the total Compensation to be paid, to arrive at the final award, impose a solatium amount equivalent to one hundred percent of the Compensation amount. And prepared the award of Compensation of the land and newly Constructed residential and Commercial building in question at the rate of Curent circle valuation of developed land and Building in accordance with Section 26 of

Patna High Court CWJC No.20135 of 2018(2) dt.23-09-2025 2/3 the New land acquisition law;

(ii) writ of Mandamus, commanding and directing the authorities concern, first to make payment of compensation of residential and commercial building and Resettlement Scheme to be made available and then give appropriate time to shift to another place for residence or business;

(iii) writ of Mandamus, Commanding and directing the au thorities concern to make payment of comp en sa tion immediately with interest;

(iv) and for any other reliefs for which the Petitioner is found to be entitled in the eye of Law.

3. Mr. Dhurjati Kr. Prasad, learned GP-14 has taken this Court to the counter affidavit filed on behalf of the District Land Acquisition Officer, Nalanda with reference to paragraph 5 to show that it was acquired for widening of NH-82 (GayaHisua-Rajgir-Bihar Sharif road) and vide award no. 70, payment to the tune of Rs. 52,39,818/- showing the land of the petitioner as residential building has been paid/received by him. He submits that if still has any grievance, they have to knock the doors of the Arbitrator-cum-Divisional Commissioner, Patna Division, Patna.
