JUSTICE SUNIL DUTTA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 07-01-2025 Mr. Ashok Kumar Sinha, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner received notice from respondent no. 2, Circle Officer, Sahebpur Kamal, Begusarai, firstly vide letter no. 1026 dated 29.08.2024 and thereafter, vide letter no. 1389 dated 24.10.2024 with respect to the land stated therein.

2. It is further submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the land belongs to the petitioner, in support of which he submitted the reply on 07.10.2024 and explained with documents with respect to the land detailed in the said notice but no order has been passed and the matter is still pending. Accordingly, he prayed that the respondent no. 2 may be

3. Learned counsel for the State has no objection to this prayer of the petitioner.

4. In view of the submissions of the learned counsel for the parties, this case is disposed of, as prayed for. The respondent no. 2, Circle Officer, Sahebpur Kamal, Begusarai, is directed to dispose of the aforesaid matter expeditiously, preferably within a period of eight weeks after hearing the petitioner as well as the respondent no. 3.
