2. The petitioner has prayed for regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 305(C) of the B.N.S.

3. The case of the prosecution, in short, is that, some unknown miscreants are alleged to have snatched the gold chain of the informant.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. It is further submitted that the petitioner is having antecedent of five cases and merely on the basis of the same, his name has been framed in this case. It is also submitted that nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Moreover, the

5. Learned APP appearing for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer of regular bail.

6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail in connection with Rail Khagaria P.S. Case No. 32 of 2025 on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Railway Magistrate, Khagaria/concerned trial Court, with condition(s):- (i) the petitioner shall cooperate in the trial and shall remain physically present on each and every dated fixed at the trial. In case of default in such appearance on two consecutive dates without any plausible reason, the learned trial court will have liberty to cancel the bail bonds of the petitioner.

(ii) he will report Rail P.S. Khagaria weekly.
