2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Araria P.S. Case No. 412 of 2025 registered for the offence under Section(s) 8(c) and 21(b) of the NDPS Act.
3. There is recovery of 8 grams of smack from the petitioner.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. Petitioner is in custody since 01.10.2025 and has clean antecedent.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, this application for regular bail is allowed.
7. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, NDPS Act, Araria/concerned Court below in connection with Araria P.S. Case No. 412 of 2025 subject to conditions that:- (i). The petitioner will mark his attendance at the Araria Police Station on every Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would result in cancellation of bail bonds of the petitioner.
(ii) The petitioner shall appear in the trial regularly either personally or through his lawyer and shall cooperate in the trial and non-cooperation in the trial shall result in cancellation of the bail bonds of the petitioner.
(iii). Both the bailors will be close blood relatives of the petitioner.
