1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1(i) For, issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing and commanding to respondent-authority to conduct an enquiry with regard to the certificate of respondent no.10, on the basis of which she is working as a Sikshamitra/Panchayat teacher, Primary School

Patna High Court CWJC No.53 of 2025(2) dt.08-01-2025 2/2 Azad Bigha, P.S- Amas, Distt.-Gaya, since 2006.

(ii) For, directing the respondent-authority to recover all amount which has been withdrawn by the respondent no.-10 as Sikshamitra/Panchayat teacher, if her certificate is found to be forged.

(iii) For, directing the respondent-authority to register an F.I.R. against the respondent no.-10 for producing forged certificate, while being appointed as Sikshamitra.

(iv) For directing the respondent-authority to take follow up action against the respondent no.-10, if after proper enquiry, her certificate is found to be forged."

2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the respondents for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.

3. The writ petition stands disposed off.
