1. Heard learned counsel for the parties.
2. The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in connection with Supaul P.S. Case no. 509 of 2023 registered under sections 356 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per the prosecution case, the three accused persons on a motorcycle took away the bag of the informant which contains Rs.81,000/ in cash.
4. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the FIR was registered against three unknown accused persons. The name of the petitioner transpired in the confessional statement of coaccused Priyanshu Kumar made before the police. Inspite of the petitioner being in custody custody since 4.8.2023 he has not been put on T.I.parade. So far
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.85636 of 2023(3) dt.19-03-2024 2/2 as the alleged recovery of Rs.27,000/ is concerned, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the amount is such which is available in any household. The cause of false implication is his antecedent.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the allegations in the F.I.R., the material that has transpired in course of investigation as is evident from the order of the learned trial Court, the petitioner not having been put on T.I. parade inspite of his being in custody for 7 months since 4.8.2023 and chargesheet having been submitted in the case, the Court directs the petitioner to be enlarged on bail in connection with Supaul P.S. Case no. 509 of 2023 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/ (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Supaul.
